yum install osad rhncfg rhncfg-actions rhncfg-client
chkconfig osad on
service osad start
touch /etc/sysconfig/rhn/allowed-actions/script/run


vi /etc/sysconfig/rhn/osad.conf

osa_ssl_cert = /usr/share/rhn/RHN-ORG-TRUSTED-SSL-CERT


Enable centrally managed files.  Note: file size limit is 128k

rhn-actions-control --enable-all
